WEBAll you have to do is route your digital signals into the right input and connect the port to the FPGA in the xdc file. For example, the diagram shows that for JA, pin 1 (labeled "JA1") is connected to pin "J1" on the FPGA. That means you have to specify "J1" in the .xdc file.
