Just modify a unused tool holder by drilling out the threads and body to allow a minimum of a 13/16" column tapped for the stud to go through the body and then down to the load element.

WEBJan 26, 2011 · The spring washer is there to apply axial preloading to the bearing to reduce chance of bal skiding, especially during warm up. If assembled correctly, the bearings should be pushing only against those washers and what many people do is shim to get to that point when assembling rather than move the bearing.

Hard anodize will grow about 0.001" into the metal, and add about 0.001 on top, so you have to allow for it if the work is close tolerance. Tefgel and Lanocote work more by keeping the electrolyte (salt water) away from the parts.

OT- Do I need "pump protector" for pressure washer
WEBAug 5, 2004 · I've never heard of pressure washer pump protector before. I have an electric powered pressure washer with a General brand pump. The machine was 10 years old when I got it, and I used it another 10 years without using any type of protective coating when stored. At about the 20 year mark the pump started to leak.

WEBOct 24, 2018 · Couple months ago, I went 'round with this and decided to dump 3 gallons of diesel fuel in the parts washer rather than pay 2x the price for paint thinner. It works OK, but it does leave a bit more greasy residue than I care for. The PSC 1000 from Tractor supply at $9/ gallon seems to be the best deal out there for 'real' parts washer solvent.
