Keila waterfalls is located Harjumaa, about 30 minutes from Tallinn by car. Beautiful walking trail with information boards. Full review by kristas364

Beautiful waterfall. Close to the parking place with a few parking spots. Some stairs but not too heavy route for children and adults. Full review by Johanna S
