There is parking at the performing arts center and coliseum which are right at the buildings. Get there early and you will be able to park close, we always try to get there about one hour before the house opens. Handicapped is right at the door but limited. If you wait til just before the event you might end up on the shuttle from the shopping center which will be a long uncovered to the elements wait.

Gosh, I'm sorry, but I don't know if they are good tix or not. I've only been to this venue once and I was 13 rows from center stage. My one complaint is the fact that the rows where I was were so long, with no aisle breaks. You had to walk over so many people. I hope you have a great experience!
