You can walk if you want they have a boardwalk that connects from mainland. Only takes 5 - 10 minutes to cross, then you may have another 20 minutes to walk to beach. They do have some bus services to get you to beach once you cross onto Sentosa island but I did walk as I enjoy walking they have signs directing you to the beach. I don’t know the frequency of the shuttle services? Or you can take a taxi and they can drive you directly to the beach there is a toll added to your cab fare for crossing the bridge ($6) I would take a taxi from docks may only cost $10-15 dollars.
