A tourist trap. No history. The mistery shack a scam: you pay to "visit" 2 rooms and the staff don't open the exit door until you give enough tips. The train do not respect the timetable. Full review by GoPlaces67180691654

Questions & answers

Q:
Do they allow dogs at goldfield Gold mine in Apache Junction Arizona
A:
I believe so. We seen plenty of people with dogs there. However, be aware that when they re-enact a gunfight on Main Street they will have a lot of loud noises involved.
Q:
How much is the cherry cordial fudge?

If you have too ask you can’t afford it. This is without doubt the strangest question ever.

I believe it runs when the town is open. However, the train ride is not 20 minutes - maybe 10 minutes, goes in a big circle around the perimeter of the town. I just don't think it is worth the cost. Everything at Goldfield Ghost Town has separate fees so it gets quite expensive. Also, the building are NOT historic. They are all fairly new but made to look old. Big tourist trap.
Q:
Is it still open at night ?
A:
Merchants open from: 10AM-5PM Bakery Open: 9AM-5PM Saloon open daily from: 11AM-9PM
