OTC has the 49ers getting fourth-round picks for left guard Aaron Banks and cornerback Charvarius Ward. They signed with the Green Bay Packers and Indianapolis Colts, respectively. The fifth-round selection comes from safety Talanoa Hufanga, who signed with the Denver Broncos.

Analysts don't seem to know what to make of the 49ers' draft this year. Some analysts love it. Others hate it. And NFL.com's Gennaro Filice ranks it pretty much right in the middle at No. 17.

Gilberto Manzano of Sports Illustrated listed his top five prospects most likely to bust from the NFC. Manzano listed Mykel Williams at number three, citing his lack of upside at pick 11.
