Sorry, it’s too late to join the $300 million Juul class-action lawsuit
Some people are getting a payday from two of America’s biggest tobacco companies. E-cigarette maker Juul and Altria Group — the company formerly known as Phillip Morris, which owns 35% of Juul — agreed to pay $300 million in a class-action settlement over claims they misled consumers about their products’ safety and addictiveness.
