FLORIDA CITY - Miami-Dade police say an arrest has been made in Tuesday's deadly shooting of a father who was trying to break up an after-school fight between his teen daughter and classmates. Kentarian Cross, 22, has been charged with second-degree murder in the death of 47-year-old Johnny Stevenson.

A man caught taking photos of a girl inside a mall restroom was arrested, Florida cops say. David Sanabria, 22, is charged with video voyeurism and drug charges in connection with the Sept. 13 incident at the Coastland Mall Center, Naples police said in a news release Monday, Sept. 16.

A man has died following a late-afternoon shooting on Tuesday in Florida City, according to police. At about 5:30 p.m., officers arrived to the area of Northwest 14th Street & Northwest First Court after reports of a shooting, but found no victim, according to Florida City Police Sgt. David Hunsberger.

Police said the dispute escalated when an unknown suspect pulled out a gun and shot the man as he intervened in the situation.
