Two people were killed and nine injured in an attack that forced students into an all-night lockdown. The suspect, who is in his 20s, according to local officials, has not been charged.

They posted numbers that can be called for immediate and 24/7 mental health support, as well as centers that are open on campus here. The public is invited to a vigil at 5 p.m. Sunday at Lippitt Park on Hope Street in Providence.
