More severe weather is expected in the Southern Plains Monday as residents in Oklahoma survey the destruction from tornado-spawning storms that injured at least 11 people and leveled homes over the weekend.

The storms severely damaged "numerous structures," including knocking down power lines and traffic lights and scattering trees throughout the area, the Fire Department said. Nearly 82,000 people were still without power as of Sunday morning, according to poweroutage.us.

Severe storms are in the forecast on Sunday with all hazards possible including tornadoes in the River Valley with severe chances also possible in Northwest Arkansas.

Severe weather rolled through Northwest Arkansas and Northeast Oklahoma spawning tornadoes and flooding roads on Nov. 4.
