More than two dozen people are hurt and two people are dead following crashes on I-95 in South Carolina. According to Colleton County Fire Rescue, it happened Tuesday during a heavy thunderstorm near the 40-mile marker on I-95SB. The incident involved two separate crashes, with 14 vehicles in total, including six tractor-trailers.
