A light aircraft that was allegedly hijacked landed at Vancouver International Airport in Canada. Richmond Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP) said they received a report at 1:10 pm concerning a Cessna 172 that had allegedly been seized from the Vancouver Island area on Tuesday afternoon,

Police said they received a report that a Cessna 172 "had been hijacked from the Vancouver Island area and was entering into airspace near Vancouver International Airport."
