From staff and wire reports  INDIANAPOLIS — Wake Forest, Pittsburgh, South Carolina and LSU were among the schools that declined NIT bids. Wake Forest coach Steve Forbes said the Demon Deacons will focus on program-building rather than pursuing an NIT championship.
