Roland-Wallace threw a punch at Chargers right tackle Alex Harkey after Harkey knocked him down after the whistle on the first play of the fourth quarter. Kenneth Walker’s two first-half touchdowns paced the Chiefs, who moved to 5-0 and 3-0 in the AFC West. Patrick Mahomes threw for 272 yards, keeping Kansas City unbeaten alongside San Francisco and Minnesota while Los Angeles slumped to its worst start since 2000 behind Justin Herbert's league-leading eighth interception.
