A former Allentown police officer charged earlier this month with raping a woman faces new charges. On Thursday, Jason Krasley, 47, of Upper Milford Township, was arraigned on felony charges of rape, involuntary servitude and sexual assault, as well as misdemeanors of indecent assault and official oppression, according to court records.
