That time has come, as the ligaments Burrow tore in his toe have healed to the point where he can get back on the field. While Burrow has suffered injuries before, he typically hasn’t been able to return from them in-season.
Burrow probably turned a few more heads after practice, too, while chatting about his injury with reporters. There, Burrow pointed out that this was an easier injury to come back from than the tricky knee and wrist issues of past years, almost jokingly noting that he’s used to ligament injuries by now.
