While no one has revealed exactly why Behar has been out all week, Goldberg did wish the comedian a “happy opening night” during yesterday’s episode, referring to Behar’s theater production My First Ex-Husband, which she wrote and stars in alongside her longtime friend Susie Essman, Tovah Feldshuh and Adrienne C. Moore.

Joy Behar came "back into the fold" on The View as she returned from her lengthy time away from the popular show.

Behar said she's "still a little sick" when her cohosts laughed at her immediately repeating Goldberg's talking point about Project 2025.

The View may be missing one of its key co-hosts, but the show brought in an “OG,” as Whoopi Goldberg put it, to make up for Joy Behar ‘s absence at the Hot Topics table.
