Christopher Bell believes NASCAR cheated him out of a shot at the Cup Series title. Bell moved out of fellow Toyota driver Bubba Wallace’s way last Sunday because Wallace had an allegedly flat tire.

When Bell charged past Wallace as they entered turn three on the final lap, he slammed the wall and then rode it until he exited turn four. NASCAR ruled Bell’s move was a safety violation because it was similar to Chastain’s now outlawed “Hail Melon” two years ago. Bell disagreed.
