Add Yahoo as a preferred source to see more of our stories on Google. Temp File Cleaner 4.4 promises to rid your PC of the temporary files and other "junk" that can and should be thrown out regularly.

I don't know if this is exactly what you want but I use a program called Empty Temp Folders. It's freeware. You can add whatever folders you want and clean all of them with the push of one button.
