Sean “Diddy” Combs is asking the court to bar potential witnesses ... Lawyers for the disgraced rap mogul had previously filed a motion in late October requesting a sweeping gag order against anyone who could potentially be called to testify.

According to ABC News, Combs’ attorneys, Marc Agnifilo and Teny Geragos informed the judge that the public statements are “undermining Mr. Combs’ right to a fair trial and the integrity of the grand jury proceedings,” in the letter requesting the gag order.
