One of the four victims in Sunday night's fatal helicopter crash in Houston has been identified as Cesar Lerma. Lerma was one of three passengers and the pilot aboard the doomed helicopter that was taking a night tour over downtown Houston when it crashed into a radio tower in the Second Ward and spiraled into a ball of fire before crashing.

Authorities continue to investigate the circumstances surrounding a helicopter crash in Houston on Sunday evening that killed four people on board and sparked a massive flame within sight of homes.

NTSB says they are in the early phases of their investigation into the deadly helicopter crash and collecting evidence from the scene in Houston’s Second Ward.
