Lola Tung and Nicholas Alexander Chavez have been cut from I Know What You Did Last Summer, a disappointing update that director Jennifer Kaytin Robinson just confirmed in an interview with People. Apparently, Lola and Nicholas' scene was intended to be the opening of the slasher film, but it didn't "fit" in.
