As the smog warning continues in Montreal, Environment and Climate Change Canada issued a special weather statement, warning that freezing rain may be on the way as the weather warms.

Environment Canada has issued a smog warning for the Montreal and Laval areas, warning of high concentrations of pollutants in the air.

Environment and Climate Change Canada issued the warning for the Montreal and Laval regions in addition to Vaudreuil, Valleyfield-Beauharnois and Mont-Tremblant—Sainte-Agathe.
