The Orioles recalled left-hander Trevor Rogers to make tonight’s start against the Rays in Tampa, and reliever Grant Wolfram was optioned after spending one day with the team.Rogers started Game 2 of a May 24 doubleheader in Boston and allowed two hits over 6 1/3 scoreless innings.
