A teenager is facing serious charges after being allowed into Horn High School, where he allegedly forced a former girlfriend into a bathroom with a weapon and sexually assaulted her, police said Wednesday.

Police have arrested a man who they allege is responsible for two of five sexual assaults recently reported at several north Houston apartment complexes, Houston Police Department officials announced in a Wednesday news conference.

Officers elevated their search for another person, suspected of committing the three other sexual assault incidents, during a press conference on Wednesday— urging anyone with information about the cases to contact the police department.
