Sierra Wright learned the hard way about being in a power couple on “Survivor.” The 27-year-old nurse was voted out on Wednesday’s episode because of her tight bond with Sam Phalen. Before the merge, the other tribes perceived Wright and Phalen as a romantic pair — which was certainly not the truth.

The Survivor Auction returned during the latest episode, with Sierra Wright finding the most money in the associated challenge. Episode 8 of Survivor 47 seemed destined to be a good one for Sierra, as she enjoyed spending that money on some much-needed food.
