Importing Raw images into Aperture or Lightroom is a piece of cake, but what happens if you've edited them in Camera Raw and want to preserve your edits? Here's how to do it.

Once those files are safely on your computer locally, you can open Adobe Lightroom. From there, find and click Import under the Library tab in Lightroom to bring your RAW photos in.

Lightroom RAW defaults apply in-camera filters -- including black and white -- in Lightroom automatically, and can also adjust images differently based on ISO.
