NAV Canada provides air traffic control operations to Canadian airports. On Thursday morning, its facilities in Vancouver and across Canada were the target of threats.

Nav Canada, the country's air navigation service provider, was made aware of bomb threats at facilities in Vancouver, Ottawa, Montreal, Edmonton, Winnipeg and Calgary early in the morning, according to a post to X just after 5:30 a.m. Pacific time.

NAV Canada, which manages air traffic control operations at Canadian airports, said that they were made aware of bomb threats in Ottawa, Montreal, Edmonton, Winnipeg, Calgary and Vancouver airports.
