The Golden State Valkyries spoiled Caitlin Clark's return as they beat the Indiana Fever 80-61 on Wednesday afternoon in Indianapolis.

At halftime of her first game in weeks, Clark played a total of 12 minutes, scoring five points and notching a pair of assists. Golden State held a 41-32 lead at the break. Her last appearance came on June 24 against the Storm, where she had nine assists but shot 3-13 from the floor.

Fever star guard Caitlin Clark finished the loss with 10 points on 4 of 12 shooting from the field, to go along with 6 assists, 5 rebounds, and 4 turnovers, in what was her first game back after missing the past five contests with a groin injury.
