Lululemon alleges that Costco has stolen the intellectual property of its Scuba hoodies and sweatshirts, Define jackets and ABC pants.

A Lululemon Scuba hoodie costs $118. A Danskin Half-Zip Pullover purchased from Costco will set you back about $8. In a lawsuit, Lululemon Athletica alleged that the Danskin pullover and other products sold at Costco are illegal knockoffs of Lululemon’s premium activewear.

The Canadian athleisure brand has accused the warehouse club operator of copying at least six of its products, including its Scuba hoodie and men’s pants.
