One of the four victims in Sunday night's fatal helicopter crash in Houston has been identified as Cesar Lerma. Lerma was one of three passengers and the pilot aboard the doomed helicopter that was taking a night tour over downtown Houston when it crashed into a radio tower in the Second Ward and spiraled into a ball of fire before crashing.
