Spain's national weather agency anticipates that up to 90mm of rain could fall in one hour in parts of south eastern Spain.

Angry residents in flood devastated areas of Valencia, booed King Felipe of Spain and pelted him with eggs and mud as scuffles broke out around him.

Spain's worst floods in decades have left whole neighborhoods covered in mud and strewn with mangled cars and debris. More than 200 people have died and many more are missing.
