Lewis Hamilton has told CNN Sport that his move to Ferrari is “the challenge that I really needed” and that “the number one goal is to win.”

Lewis Hamilton may have a joint-record seven Formula 1 titles to his name, but he suggested winning the championship with Ferrari would be the most important yet.

Hamilton's last F1 drivers' championship came in 2020 and the Briton finished seventh with Mercedes last year.
