Vote counters in Los Angeles County received a bomb threat Saturday, one day after similar threats were directed at their counterparts in San Diego and Orange counties.

Both the Registrar-Recorder headquarters and ballot processing center were swept by investigators and no threat was located.

Registrars of voters' offices in Orange and Riverside counties were evacuated Friday evening after receiving bomb threats, but no explosives were located at either site.

Riverside County was among several registrar’s offices around Southern California and the nation to get bomb threats after Election Day.
