After more than 30 years of wall-to-wall coverage of the pop culture universe, "E! News" is signing off the air. The entertainment news broadcast program, which launched in September 1991, has been canceled for the second time in its three-decade history, a person familiar with the plans who was unauthorized to speak publicly told USA TODAY.
