Juan Soto and the New York Mets lost to the Cleveland Guardians on Wednesday and have now lost four consecutive games.

Juan Soto was the sole reason the Mets didn’t get no-hit in Wednesday’s 4-1 loss to the Guardians, but Boomer Esiason has no sympathy for the superstar outfielder.

Cleveland Guardians pitcher Gavin Williams no-hit the Mets through 8.1 innings until Juan Soto launched a solo home run in the ninth to get on the board. It didn't make a difference in the outcome, though, as Cleveland won 4-1. New York is now 1-8 in the last nine games.
