Accused Apalachee High School shooter Colt Gray appears dramatically transformed in court with new haircut and clean appearance for latest hearing.

The Frankfort Police Department said it responded to an incident on the school's campus Tuesday afternoon "regarding an active aggressor."

FRANKFORT, Ky. (AP) — A parent of a Kentucky State University student has been charged with murder in an on campus shooting that killed one student and critically injured another. Jacob Lee Bard was at the school’s campus in Frankfort on Tuesday and fired shots at the victims at a residence hall, police said in a statement.

One student was killed and another was critically injured in the shooting at Kentucky State University on Dec. 9, officials said.

Billy Williams admitted to violating his parole by attending a Stockton birthday party where a mass shooting occurred, resulting in a 180-day jail sentence.
