The rumor mill has been churning when it comes to the Vancouver Canucks as of late. The ongoing speculation surrounding a rift between J.T. Miller and Elias Pettersson was squashed by both players last week.

Pettersson is in the first year of his eight-year, $92.8 million contract, one he signed with the franchise as recently as last March, and has faced criticism for inconsistent play of late including some internal drama involving fellow forward J.T. Miller.
