Update history shows no entries like @teezeh's. i.e. Nothing mentioning Management Engine nor ME. (FWIW, my Surface is the i7/8GB/256GB model with an i7-7660U processor.)

Feb 25, 2020 · - The proper Surface Pro Dock 4 with Mini Display port cables. I can plug my old SPRO3 into the same dock and it works perfectly. I am pretty sure it's the Intel Iris Drivers, rather than the Dock firmware although it could need both updated.
