कंस्टीट्यूशन क्लब में गढ़वाली कुमाउंनी भाषा बोली को जिन बच्चों ने सीखा, उनमें से तीन बच्चों ने स्टेज पर आकर गढवाली और कुमाउंनी भाषा में सुंदर भाषण देकर दर्शकों का दिल जीत लिया। वास्तव में सिर्फ ग्रीष्म अवकाश के दौरान कम समय में बालिका प्रगति लखेड़ा ने मंच पर आकर गढ़वाली और कुमाउंनी में संबोंधित कर दर्शर्कों को चकित कर दिया। यह अपनी मातृ भाषा के प्रति लगाव का दृष्य हैं : इन बच्चों ने जिस तरह से अपनी भाषा को संरक्षित करने के लिए अपील की, यह काबिले तारीफ है। साथ ही सभी प्रवासी उत्तराखंडियों को प्रेरणा
