This beautiful Spotted Pardalote (Pardalotus punctatus) was spied building a tunnel nest at Cranbourne Gardens by Manager Environmental Systems, Ricardo Simao. 🐦 Spotted Pardalote's nests are usually enlarged, lined chambers at the end of a narrow tunnel, excavated in an earth bank, though they occassionally nest in tree hollows and artificial structures.
