This year was a big win for the Roul Roul Partridge. Collecvtively, Amongst aviculturists, several hundred birds were raised and placed into new collections, expanding the presence of one of the most incredible species we work with. 🍔 🪶 How good does that partridge burger look! Another school within the Angus Glens had the chance to learn where game meat comes from by getting hands on with partridges. With a gamekeeper being in the class to demonstrate how to de-breast a partridge and to answer any questions the pupils had. To round off the session, the children took part in a fun quiz to test their knowledge on everything they’d learned. Once again, the feedback was fantastic, with many children commenting on how surpris
