Teaching Modern Dance at the 24 Seven Dance Convention has been a true pleasure and privilege. I am fortunate to be able to share an art form and vernacular that is of particular significance to me personally and artistically. I appreciate so much the chance to teach and share a genre that has been an integral part of my own personal and professional journey as dancer. The modern dance style I teach mixes influences of Limón, Bartenieff fundamentals, and Horton mixed with Filipino island rhythms that feel natural and innate in my own body. Music
