Ce 4 novembre, à l’occasion du trentième anniversaire de la disparition de Yitzhak Rabin, une nouvelle plaque commémorative a été dévoilée au parc de la Pépinière, au cœur de l’allée Kiryat Shmona, du nom de la ville israélienne jumelée à Nancy depuis 1984.
