WATCH: Ten Fishrot defendants appeared this morning in the Windhoek High Court before Judge Kobus Miller for pre-trial proceedings. The accused include Mike Nghipunya, Sacky Shanghala, Bernard Esau, James Hatuikulipi, Ricardo Gustavo, Tamson Hatuikulipi, Otneel Shuudifonya, Pius Mwatelulo, Phillipus Mwapopi and Nigel van Wyk. Miller adjourned the case until October 19. All the accused are still in custody except for Gustavo, whose bail application was granted last year. | Namibian Sun
