Charred scallion salsa, this stuff is AMAZING! Got the recipe and idea from my buddy @the_bbq_buddha .⁣⁣Start by charring up a bunch of scallions, 2 jalapeños and a few small red sweet peppers. Once charred up, dice everything up. Mix with the following:⁣- 1 tbsp minced garlic⁣- 2 tbsp fish sauce⁣- 1 tbsp olive oil⁣- 1 tbsp sugar⁣- juice from 2 limes⁣- handful of chopped cilantro ⁣- salt to taste⁣⁣Served it on some reverse seared tritip today and it was delicious!
