The National Hurricane Center has begun issuing advisories on Potential Tropical Cyclone #16. It's a hybrid system that involves a mid level trough and an area of low pressure that could briefly become Tropical Storm #Nestor in the next 48 hours. Regardless, it's expected to bring high wind, rain, and a storm surge along parts of the Gulf coast states this weekend.
