Stepping into today's Cinderella Spotlight is International Cinderella Tot participant, from Baton Rouge, Louisiana, Stella Vince. This lovely 5 year old's poise in front of an audience of hundreds, coupled with her ability to elaborate on answers delivered with sincerety, won her the Overall Tot Personality title at the International Cinderella pageant held this past July in Dallas, Texas. Along with her crown, banner, and trophy, Stella also walked away with a $1,000 cash college scholarship.
