The Ventura County Sheriff's Office says a man has been arrested for allegedly grooming a child and sex trafficking them in Los Angeles. In December 2025, VCSO's Special Crimes Unit investigated a missing juvenile and determined the victim was being sex trafficked in Los Angeles. The juvenile was safely located and reunited with their family in early January. VCSO says the investigation determined that 23-year-old Bryan Jessie Garcia, of Los Angeles, was the trafficker.
